Where do I take the Seine river cruise and what are the schedules?

The Seine River cruise departs from the Port de Suffren docks, located at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, very close to our bus stop nº 9. For more information check Seine River Cruise | Paris City Tour

Are there discounts for people with disabilities?

Yes, on presentation of your disability card.

Are there any student discounts?

No, there is no discount for students.

Do I have to print the tickets I have purchased on the Internet?

No, you don't. You can present the voucher on paper or show it through your phone.

Where do the route begin?

What are the payments methods available?

Payment methods may vary according to the point of sale: - On our website: You can pay by credit card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. - On board our buses and with street sellers: we accept cash and credit card payments (except for American Express).

Where can I buy my ticket?

- On Paris City Tour website: www.paris.city-tour.com - Tickets can also be purchased directly at the destination, but to avoid queues and save time, we recommend buying them through the Paris City Tour website.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

Yes, all buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with powered ramps worked by the drivers.

Is there wifi on board the Paris City tour?

Wi-Fi is free and available on the buses displaying a Wi-Fi logo.

If it rains, is it possible to cancel the reservation?

Although we cannot cancel a reservation on the same day, if the weather changes your plans, you can reschedule your ticket by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

I havent receive my tickets. What should I do?

A confirmation email should have been sent to the email address you provided when you booked the tickets. If you haven’t received it yet, please kindly check your spam folder first. If you still don’t find it, please get in touch with customer service by filling out the Contact form.

Do the audioguides provide headphones?

Yes, we supply headphones with every audio guide. It's easy to use: just plug in to the audio guide and select the language of your choice.

What languages are available on the audioguide?

10 languages available: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Japanese, Brazilian, Chinese, Russian and Arabic. The audioguides for children are only available in English and French.
